Success Rates
in College Algebra
For the seven year period
prior to the start of the College Algebra Project, the departmental success
rate in Math 1340 was 42% and the drop rate was 36%. As the table
below shows, the results of the project have been significant: the departmental
ABC pass rate is 56% and the drop rate is 27%.
